Key Responsibilities:

Support, motivate, and develop the retail team to deliver exceptional customer service

Help manage daily retail operations including stock control, visual merchandising, and compliance

Assist the Store Manager with sales targets, profitability, and cost control

Play a role in recruitment, training, and ongoing development of team members

Maintain high store presentation standards aligned with brand expectations

Adapt to a fast-paced environment during store opening and peak trading periods

Proven experience in retail management or assistant management roles
