This role is all about standards, people, and presence.

Were looking for someone as Assistant Manager can - Lead training and induction across FOH - Champion service excellence and brand values on every shift - Be a strong Duty Manager with calm authority and a can-do mindset - Set the tone for team culture and presentation across the venue - Play a key role in shaping the guest journey, from the smallest detail to the biggest moments

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who knows how to lead from the front and wants to help build a venue where people love to work and guests love to return.

Must be London-based Full-time role, late nights and weekends required Competitive salary + 33 days holiday + huge potential to grow with us
