We are looking to add driven and talented individuals to support our ambitious growth plans.Key ResponsibilitiesBe responsible for analysis and development of recommendations, and, at times, oversee and coach junior team members conducting analysis and reviewing outputs.Delivery of workstreams with oversight and support from senior, experienced individuals.Support production of deliverables and reports for review by senior team leaders, and support presentation and ongoing communications with clients.Support business development activity by driving forward research and analysis to support opportunity development and conversion.Continuously identify areas for self-development and action plans to continue professional development.Be flexible to support client needs, working together to “get the job done” and travel within the UK and abroad when required.Lead by example, living Interpath values and promoting an inclusive and diverse team.RequirementsBachelor\'s degree required.3-5 years post-degree experience in management consulting, audit, or financial services.Chartered Accountancy, or other similar professional qualification, preferred but not required.Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Strong problem-solving skills with a hypothesis-driven approach to tackling complex problems.Alteryx, Power BI, Qlik, or other data & analytics experience is preferred but not required.BenefitsAt Interpath, our people lie at the heart of our business.
