ALBA Tyre Management is a trusted name in Scotland's automotive industry, known for delivering quality tyre services with a personal touch. We're now looking for an experienced hands on *Assistant Manager* to workour Kilbirnie location.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Assist in the daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction
* Support, and motivate a skilled team of tyre technicians and customer service staff
* Drive sales and profitability through strong leadership and performance management
* Manage stock levels and supplier relationships
* Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
* Provide hands-on assistance when required
*What We’re Looking For:*
* Previous experience in a tyre, mechanical, or automotive services environment
* Strong leadership or supervisory background
* Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
* Full UK driving licence preferred
