Key Responsibilities of the role include: Collaborating with the Shop Manager to plan, set, and operate the shop within the annual retail operating budget Ensuring great customer service at all times and acting professionally on the premises Ensuring stock levels on the shop floor are maintained and that the Manager is aware of stock needs daily Ensuring the recruitment and continual development of staff and volunteers Being aware of communications and events at ellenor and acting as an ambassador for the charity within the community Essential requirements: Proven experience in managing, supporting and resourcing team objectives set from ellenor Proven experience in managing and setting budgets A good understanding of retail management and the challenges of working within the voluntary sector Excellent customer service skills Good organisation and planning skills with the ability to manage and prioritise workload.
