Assistant Management Accountant

What youll do: Prepare and analyse fee earner performance reports, monthly management accounts, and overhead analysis. Maintain cash flow forecasts, monitor working capital, and assist with year-end audits. Support the Financial Controller with budgeting and provide ad hoc financial insights. Ensure compliance and accuracy in reporting while promoting our core values: Clients, People, Teamwork, and Progressiveness.
What were looking for: AAT qualified or part-qualified ACCA/CIMA. Strong accounting and analytical experience (professional services experience desirable). Excellent Excel skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure. A proactive, flexible team player with strong communication and organisational skills.
