Are you looking to grow your career in finance within a dynamic and supportive team? Our Finance Shared Services team plays a vital role across all business categories, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. We are seeking an Assistant Management Accountant to join our General Ledger team and support key processes that keep our business running smoothly.
Support a subset of Samworth Brothers businesses to ensure compliance with the month-end timetable Prepare and post prepayments and accruals Prepare and post other journals as required Calculate and coordinate intercompany recharges Prepare balance sheet reconciliations for relevant accounts The Ideal Candidate

Ideally working towards or having achieved an AAT qualification (apprenticeship options available) Previous experience of working in a finance team Strong Excel skills and some knowledge of ERP systems desirable A proactive approach with flexibility and adaptability Strong team player with excellent attention to detail We also want you to thrive in an engaging and inclusive work culture where you will have the opportunity to take on personal accountability and take pride in your work.
