As the Assistant Guest Experience Manager, you are a passionate hospitality professional who thrives on creating meaningful and memorable moments for guests. You are a strong communicator and a team player, working closely with all departments to ensure a seamless guest journey from arrival to departure. What you will do as Assistant Guest Experience Manager at Great Scotland Yard Hotel
As Assistant Guest Experience Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the way our guests experience our hotelfrom the moment they arrive to the time they depart. You will support the Guest Experience and Front Office teams in delivering warm, personalized, and seamless service, ensuring every stay is memorable for the right reasons.
Key Responsibilities
Lead by example in delivering exceptional service and personalized experiences to our guests.
Support, train, and motivate the front office and guest experience teams to consistently exceed expectations.
Act as a key point of contact for guest feedback, special requests, and service recoveryalways aiming to turn challenges into positive outcomes.
Collaborate with Housekeeping, F&B and other departments to ensure a smooth, coordinated guest journey.
Monitor guest satisfaction metrics, implement service improvements, and champion brand standards.
Assist with daily operations including check-ins, check-outs, VIP arrivals, and handling guest concerns with professionalism and care.
