Salary:
£60,000 per annum
Full-time, senior management role
Seasonal operation with extended downtime
(approximately 2 months off per year)

What Were Looking For
Proven experience as an
Assistant General Manager
(or strong Deputy/Operations Manager ready to step up)
Background in high-volume hospitality with premium service standards
Strong leadership and people-management skills
Commercially aware, organised, and calm under pressure
Hands-on, guest-focused, and team-oriented approach
Willingness to relocate and fully commit to the role and seasonal rhythm
