We are recruiting an experienced Assistant General Manager to join a highly regarded, destination-led coastal restaurant operating at a high level of volume and standards.
This is a senior, hands-on role supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day running of a busy, seasonal business, with a strong focus on service delivery, team leadership, and operational excellence. While the venue reopens in March , we are actively interviewing and securing candidates now ahead of the new season.
Whats on Offer Salary: £60,000 per annum

Full-time, senior management role

Seasonal operation with extended downtime (approximately 2 months off per year)

What Were Looking For Proven experience as an Assistant General Manager (or strong Deputy/Operations Manager ready to step up)

Background in high-volume hospitality with premium service standards

Strong leadership and people-management skills

Hands-on, guest-focused, and team-oriented approach

Willingness to relocate and fully commit to the role and seasonal rhythm
