As Assistant General Manager, youll be a vital right hand to the General Manager, helping oversee the full operation of the venue. From leading the front of house team and managing day to day service, to driving standards, staff performance, and guest satisfaction, youll play a key role in delivering an unforgettable beach club experience. About the job: Support the GM in all aspects of daily operations Lead, train, and motivate FOH teams across restaurant, bar, and events Maintain exceptional customer service standards at all times Drive team performance and ensure smooth shift handovers Manage scheduling, staff development, and conflict resolution Assist with budgeting, reporting, and cost control Work closely with the bar, kitchen, and events teams to ensure cohesion and consistency Be a hands-on leader with an eye for detail and a passion for hospitality About You: 3+ years experience in a management role within a busy, high-quality hospitality venue Background in both bar and restaurant operations is ideal Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent communicator with a calm, solutions-oriented approach High level of organisation, initiative, and adaptability A natural host, friendly, confident, and service-driven Looking for an exciting lifestyle change in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Whats in It for You: Competitive salary and only 12.5% tax in Antigua!
