On average we supply 25,000 garments to a range of customers every week.All our clothes are designed in the UK and manufactured to the very highest standards, and we have recently expanded our production capacity to keep up with the increasing demand for our brands.Activities and responsibilitiesTimely implementation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, including the associated reporting within the organizationProduce weekly cashflow forecasts for reviewQualitative control of financial transactions within the accounting periodsDetermination and booking of incidental business transactions, as well as the creation of provisionsAccount reconciliation in the general ledger Coordination and preparation of the annual financial statements with external partners/auditors/tax consultantsWork with HR on payroll related issuesActive monitoring of the cash flowCross-departmental project work for process optimizationBe the contact person for local audit and tax consultantsBusiness partner for internal and external clientsProvide assistance to the financial controller.Support the Financial Controller as needed with all finance tasksJob requirementsMinimum of 3 years experience in a similar roleSolid expertise in MS Excel and knowledge of MS Office, preferably knowledge of QuickBooksGood planning and organisational skillsIndependent and ability to work in a teamFlexible, resilient and result-orientedJBRP1_UKTJ
