Assistant Farm Manager . This is a hands-on role with real responsibility, ideal for someone ready to take the next step into farm management. What You'll Do Support the Farm Manager with daily farm operations and team supervision Help ensure excellent bird welfare, biosecurity, and hygiene standards Maintain accurate records covering birds, feed, stock, and suppliers Report on hatching eggs, health issues, and maintenance matters Support staff development, inductions, and health & safety compliance Work to budgets while supporting the commercial performance of the farm Actively reduce environmental impact through good working practices Essential Criteria: Proven People Skills Sound decision maker Farm management experience Valid and full Driving Licence Desirable Criteria: Previous involvement in field Previous supervisory experience Ability to work with minimal supervision
