Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivationalAssistant Education Managerto join a dynamic education team within a secure environment. This is a pivotal leadership role supporting the Education Manager in the day-to-day operational management of the education department, driving curriculum innovation, quality improvement, and learner achievement.
As part of the senior management team, you will take ownership of performance targets, staff development, and curriculum planning to ensure high-quality education delivery that meets the needs of learners and partners. You will also deputise for the Education Manager as required, ensuring a consistent and responsive approach across the site.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Education Manager in the leadership and operational delivery of the education department.
Manage, mentor, and develop teaching and support staff to achieve learner success and contractual targets.
Take a lead role in the quality assurance of teaching, learning, and assessment across curriculum areas.
