A fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and collaborative Legal & Governance team within an impressive and growing Asset Manager. This is an exceptional opportunity for a 1-4 years qualified governance professional, to step up into a visible, high-impact role during an exciting phase of growth and transformation for the business!


The Role:

  • Taking on various governance tasks and projects including director appointments, dividend payments and dealing with any co-sec related queries
  • Attending board meetings, drafting minutes & resolutions
  • Utilising the Legal Entity Management system to ensure accurate maintenance of records
  • Working closely with other teams of the Group to ensure governance
  • Being responsible for Annual reports & AGM
  • Monitoring any changes in legislation to advise the group on any implications


Prior Experience:

  • You must be a qualified Chartered Governance Professional (ICSA or CGI) with between 1-4 years experience within a Secretarial team
  • Experience working within the secretarial or governance function of a listed or regulated financial services firm
  • Annual Reporting & AGM experience will be ideal
