Job Description
High-end office service provider. 5 days in the office. The role will start on a temp-to-perm basis, so it is important that candidates are comfortable beginning in a temporary capacity with the intention of moving into a permanent position. I am not able to consider candidates who are only seeking an immediate permanent role. City location.
\n\nThis is a hands-on leadership role requiring a natural ability to coach, guide, and develop others. You will be responsible for elevating team performance by supporting individuals in building their skills, achieving targets, and progressing in their roles. The position suits someone who is passionate about developing people and driving operational excellence. You will lead by example, consistently demonstrating high standards and reinforcing them across the team to ensure a culture of continuous improvement.
\n\nAdditionally, you will be confident stepping into increased responsibility in the absence of your line manager, maintaining smooth operations and providing strong leadership when required.
