Assist the Catering Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure a smooth workflow. Manage and lead catering staff, providing guidance and support to ensure a smooth workflow. Foster positive relationships with clients, responding to their needs and ensuring satisfaction. Assist in the planning and execution of events, ensuring all aspects of catering are met. Help train and develop staff to maintain high service standards. Qualifications:
Previous experience in hospitality, with at least a supervisory role within catering or events. Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team. Strong organisation skills and attention to detail. Flexibility to work evenings
