Those who aren't afraid to bring their full selves to work. YOUR ROLE IN THE SPOTLIGHT Lead the bar. Own the vibe. Elevate every pour. Reporting to the Beverage & Food Manager, you'll be the mastermind behind the Perception Bar experience. Command the bar scene

- Oversee daily bar operations with flair, precision, and a dash of attitude. Lead & inspire

- Guide a team of bartenders to deliver cocktails that wow and service that shines. Craft iconic moments

- Curate signature drinks and ensure every pour meets W's luxury standards. Keep it fresh

- Manage garnishes, glassware, and stock so the bar is always ready for its close-up. Own the numbers

- Handle payments, balance the bank, and keep reports tight and accurate. Secure the goods

- Lock down liquor, wine, and all bar assets like a pro. Stay sleek & safe

- Uphold safety, security, and style standards-because looking sharp is part of the job. Be the vibe curator

- Anticipate guest needs showing out Whatever Whenever service, deliver service with personality, and make every interaction unforgettable. Make magic happen

- Build strong relationships across the team to keep the energy high and goals aligned. Close with confidence
