Leaf & Cane , ensuring it remains a vibrant and premium destination for guests. Assist in delivering exceptional guest experiences through high-quality beverages, creative presentation, and a welcoming atmosphere. Work closely with the Bar Manager to

train, motivate, and develop the bar team , maintaining high standards of service and professionalism. Contribute to the development and execution of an innovative drinks menu that reflects Leaf & Canes unique concept and character. Help oversee beverage service across the venue, ensuring consistency, quality, and operational efficiency. Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory management, and support cost control measures to maintain profitability. Collaborate with internal teams to support events and promotions that enhance guest engagement and brand visibility.
