Assembly Welder

Fuller Technologies is seeking experienced Assembly Welders to further their skills and development. This role focuses on welding work to repair and maintain equipment, structures, and fixtures by applying heat to bond/fuse metal surfaces or parts together.
Your Responsibilities
- Requires Coded Welder Accredited certificate or equivalent
- Supports the fabrication or construction team in the planning and execution of welding in Plant or Workshop
- Carries out routine and non-routine welding & cutting work using various welding techniques to cut, brace & weld structures, pipes & boilers
- Develops, supervises & tests welding techniques, procedures, and application of welding equipment
- Promotes a culture of personal and team safety, including others who may be affected by the company’s operational activities
○ Excellent coordination and mechanical skills
○ Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and safety
○ Solid written and verbal communication skills
○ Proficient in math
○ Basic computer skills
○ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive tasks
Education And Experience Requirements
○ High school degree or equivalent
○ Experience working with machine tools or welding assembly
○ Working knowledge of safety protocols
○ Apprenticeship or vocational training preferred
