⭐Area Sales Manager – Industrial Pumps⭐


Covering North of England


We are currently hiring for a well-established, fast-growing manufacturer and distributor of industrial pumps. They are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to support continued expansion across the North.


The Role

You will be responsible for managing and growing sales across your region, working with both existing customers and new prospects. The role is a mix of account management, project sales and business development.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and growing an established customer base
  • Developing new business within industrial, process and engineering markets
  • Promoting a range of centrifugal, positive displacement and engineered pump solutions
  • Working closely with internal engineering and service teams to deliver technical solutions
  • Managing the full sales cycle from enquiry through to order and handover
  • Representing the business at client meetings, site visits and industry events


✅The Candidate

You will be a commercially driven technical sales professional with experience selling pumps or rotating equipment into industrial markets. You will ideally have:

  • Proven experience selling pumps, fluid handling or rotating equipment
  • Background in industrial sectors such as oil & gas, chemical, process, power, water, or manufacturing
  • Ability to sell both standard products and engineered solutions
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • A self-motivated, territory-management mindset
