Are you a driven Field Sales or Area Sales Manager with experience in the construction or building materials sector?

We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading manufacturer of roofing systems for industrial, commercial, and public buildings. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business with a strong UK and European presence.

The Role

As Area Sales Manager for Scotland, you’ll manage key accounts, generate new business, and drive demand for a high-quality range of construction product solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing your territory to maximise sales opportunities

Developing and converting specified projects with architects, specifiers, and contractors

Building strong relationships with installers and main contractors

Conducting site visits and delivering technical support where needed

Keeping CRM records and sales pipeline up to date

Representing the company at industry events and meetings

Promoting the brand and influencing key project decisions

What We’re Looking For

Proven track record in field sales or territory sales (construction or B2B)

Strong commercial awareness and technical understanding

Confident communicator able to build trust with contractors and specifiers

Full UK driving licence and ability to travel across Scotland

Bonus if you have experience in: roofing, glazing, facades, or building envelope systems
