An exciting Area Operations and Support Manager role with a salary of £38,000 plus bonus and career progression opportunities for a permanent role based in the East Midlands and surrounding areas. We are offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Area Operations Manager with an immediate start at a market leading, dynamic and renowned property, technology and innovative, technology-based car parking company.

Euro Car Parks is a market leading, renowned UK business, established over 49 years ago. The company operates over 3500 sites across the UK and Ireland providing specialist services to a wide range of blue-chip clients. The role The Area Operations and Support Manager role is a key role within the company as the successful candidate will be responsible for managing

a geographical area which will cover a number of sites within the East Midlands and surrounding areas. Also, managing our Operation Support and out of hours team. Working as part of a successful team with other Area Managers in this key area of our business. Main Responsibilities Duties will include: Leading and inspiring front line operational teams Multi-site management via remote management means Visiting sites and frontline team members Effective management of the team Interacting with customers/clients at all levels Creation and management of budgets within financial parameters Leading training, development and people succession planning Regional Duty manager weekend cover (1 in 8 weekends) Manage, mentor and develop a team of Operational Support & Out of Hours staff to ensure efficient service delivery, fostering high performance Driving continuous improvement initiatives, identifying best practices, managing projects and resolving operational pain points Overseeing daily operations & handling stakeholder communication ensuring alignment with business goals Focus on service excellence Requires strong data analytical skills with experience using data/KPIs to drive decisions, leadership and process optimisation Ability to manage multiple priorities, problem solve and work in a dynamic environment The ideal applicant will have a full UK driving license (essential) and ideally live centrally in the East Midlands and be able to manage sites across the area Interested?
