About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented Multi-Site Manager who's ready to step up into a broader leadership role. You'll oversee several locations, ensuring operational excellence, commercial success, and outstanding guest experiences across your area. As a key member of the leadership team, you'll balance hands-on operational support with strategic oversight—driving performance, developing teams, and ensuring brand standards are consistently delivered.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading and supporting multiple QSR sites to deliver exceptional results Driving operational excellence across all locations Using data and analytics to identify opportunities and improve performance Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety and Food Safety standards Coaching and developing your management teams to reach their full potential Delivering engaging training and supporting succession planning Maintaining

brand consistency

across all stores as a proud franchise partner Owning commercial performance, including sales growth, cost control, and profitability

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Multi-Site Manager in a QSR or fast-paced hospitality environment Ready to step up into an Area Manager role with confidence and ambition Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret and act on data Solid understanding of Health & Safety and Food Safety compliance Passion for people development and building high-performing teams A hands-on leader who leads by example and thrives under pressure Excellent communication and organisational skills
