Qualifications:Thefollowingqualification,skillsandexperiencearerequiredforthisrole:
NVQLevel4inLeadershipandManagementinSocialCare(orequivalent)withaminimumoftwoyearsexperienceatAssistantManagerorTeamLeaderlevelwithinacaresetting;and
AbilitytopassCCSMIPTrainingwithin12monthsofappointmentdate;and
NVQLevel3inHealthandSocialCarewithaminimumofthreeyearsexperienceofcare-working
