Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for an Area Housing Manager to join one of our Poole based clients on a permanent basis
Daily duties of the Area Housing Manager:
Lead, manage and drive performance around rental income collection, void loss, ASB and estate standards, ensuring clear performance targets are set and monitored for all colleagues
Lead a team to deliver a person-centred, housing management service, resolving issues at the first point of contact and responding to and implementing customer feedback
Ensure compliance with all regulatory housing standards and areas of compliance within the area housing and tenancy management area
Lead and manage the area team to achieve its goals, maximise efficiency and embed a person-centred approach in line with regulatory standards
Work with the Head of Housing to lead the delivery of an excellent housing management service across a diverse portfolio of general needs, supported and intensive housing management accommodation
Essential requirements of the Area Housing Manager:
Previous experience working within Housing Management
Possess knowledge of current Housing Legislation
Experience of leading a multi disciplined team in a housing environment (Desirable)
