A RIBA-chartered practice based in Essex is looking for a talented Newly Qualified Architect to join their friendly and collaborative team. With a strong reputation for innovative, tailored design solutions across the residential, retail, and commercial sectors, the studio offers a fantastic opportunity to be part of meaningful, design-led work.

The Role:
Lead and support design development across all RIBA stages
Prepare and coordinate detailed construction drawings and specifications
Oversee project delivery, including site inspections and contract administration
Liaise directly with clients, consultants, and contractors
Assist with planning applications, feasibility studies, and design documentation
About You:
ARB registered (or recently passed Part 3)
UK practice experience (Part 2 or Architect level)
Confident knowledge of UK planning, building regs, and construction methods
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong design skills with attention to detail
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
AutoCAD proficiency beneficial
