What You'll Be DoingDesigning structured training materials including manuals, e-learning content, user guides and process documentation.Delivering high-quality training sessions, virtually, in person or through blended approaches, to individuals and teams.Supporting Operations Managers with process mapping, updates and the rollout of new or improved workflows.Ensuring all training content stays aligned with system changes and evolving business processes.Evaluating learner performance, conducting assessments, and providing targeted coaching to close skill gaps.Building strong relationships with stakeholders to identify training needs and report on training impact and adoption trends. What We're Looking ForA clear and confident communicator who enjoys teaching and simplifying complex concepts.Experience creating structured training materials and delivering training across business systems or applications.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple training needs at once.A collaborative mindset, able to work cross-functionally to understand processes and user challenges.A patient, supportive training style that builds learner confidence and engagement.(Bonus) Experience in process mapping, digital adoption, or workflow optimisation.
