Part of your remit includes overseeing a sub-team dedicated to the Family Fund Scheme. Working in partnership with Family Fund, you will support the end-of-contract and exit processes for the Under 3 scheme, ensuring families receive clear, compassionate guidance when applying for DLA, joining the Motability Scheme, or handing back their vehicle. This work is managed off-system using a dedicated database, supported by the MI team.
You will also contribute to the onboarding and development of apprentices within Customer Operations. Working closely with HR and college partners, you will help create an inclusive, supportive apprenticeship experience where every individual can thrive.

• Good commercial awareness and sound judgement
• Experience working in a customer-focused environment and delivering against KPIs
• Confidence working under pressure, managing high volumes, and prioritising effectively
• Ability to work autonomously while managing your own team and driving performance
