Are you ready to lead a talented team and drive the future of our digital services? We’re looking for an experienced Application Development Manager to shape and grow our D365 and Power Platform capability.

This is a key leadership role where you'll: Lead and develop a team of six Senior Developers Oversee end-to-end delivery of D365 CE & Power Platform solutions Play a central role in re-architecting our D365 CE application Work closely with stakeholders across the organisation ️ Champion best-practice development, continuous improvement & modern DevOps

Salary: • Outside M25: £52,737–£66,197 • Inside M25: £58,409–£71,869 • Plus £7,500 RRA (total potential: £73,697 outside / £79,369 inside)

We’re looking for: Proven experience leading development teams Strong background in D365 CE & Power Platform Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages (incl. Liquid) C#, .NET, JavaScript Azure services & YAML pipelines Excellent communication & stakeholder skills (Desirable: Power BI, Azure Service Bus, PL-400)
