Analytics Engineer - scaling B2C brand!


Join a fast-growth B2C as they increase investment in their modern data stack to further fuel their growth & success going into H2 2025.


We're looking for a commercially aware Analytics Engineer to help guide key stakeholders business decisioning by building pipelines, developing data solutions and improving how data drives strategy in the org.


This is a fantastic growth opportunity for an Analytics Engineer looking to elevate their skills in a data-rich business.


Summary:


Salary: £40,000 to £60,000 doe

Benefits: pension, holidays etc.

Industry/Type of business: B2C

Remote working: Hybrid, London

Interview process: 3 stages

Reporting to: Head of Data

Company size: ~300

Working on: data warehousing, transformation, modelling & visualisation


What are we looking for?


  • Hands-on experience with SQL, dbt, Databricks, PowerBI (or similar) & broader modern data tools
  • A strong technical track record of building robust data solutions
  • The ability to communicate data impact clearly & engage business decision makers
  • The ability to identify opportunities to drive growth in the data space within the business
