Analyst – Real Estate Development & Investment 40-55k (depending on experience) + bonus

An exciting opportunity for an ambitious Real Estate Analyst to join a leading, well capitalised and growing UK industrial property developer and investment manager. With a track record in delivering innovative industrial property schemes, the business operates nationally, with multiple offices and a growing development and investment portfolio backed by institutional investment partners.

The Role You will play a key role in supporting the Development and Investment Management teams across a broad range of financial and strategic activities. Responsibilities will include:

Preparing, updating, and reviewing detailed development appraisals and models. Supporting the development funding processes including preparation of equity and debt reports. Monitoring cost trackers, managing drawdowns, and flagging cost overruns. Reviewing financial covenants and assisting with bank reporting.
