first operational team member . This is a pivotal role within the business, offering genuine

and the chance to help shape operations as the company continues to grow. The Role You will be responsible for managing
end-to-end air freight operations , with a strong focus on exports. This is a hands-on position where you will play a key role in day-to-day operations and support the wider commercial growth of the business. Key Responsibilities Managing
full end-to-end air export operations Completing
customs entries via CDS Handling documentation, bookings, and liaison with airlines, agents, and clients Supporting air imports where required Delivering a high level of customer service to established, long-term clients Getting involved in
commercial and business development activities
as the company grows About You Proven experience in
air freight exports
(essential) Import experience is desirable Confident completing
customs entries via CDS An
all-round freight professional
who is adaptable and proactive Comfortable working in a
start-up environment
with responsibility and autonomy Ambitious, with a desire to grow alongside the business What's on Offer Salary up to
