Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm (on-call rota)

Air Conditioning Engineer – Birmingham

We’re recruiting an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to cover Birmingham and surrounding areas, working across established commercial maintenance contracts. This is a long-term role offering stability, regular overtime, and strong benefits with a well-supported engineering team.

You’ll be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance across offices, retail, healthcare, and education sites.

The Role

* Planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on AC and HVAC systems

* Fault-finding, servicing, and repair of split systems, VRV/VRF, AHUs and FCUs

* Working across a range of commercial environments

* Completing F-Gas records, job sheets, and compliance documentation

* Delivering a professional, customer-focused service on-site

* Participating in an on-call rota

* Ensuring all works meet health & safety and compliance standards

What We’re Looking For

* Proven experience as an Air Conditioning / HVAC Engineer

* F-Gas Category 1 (essential)

* Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

* Commercial maintenance background

* Good communication and customer service skills

* Full UK driving licence
