Job Description Air Conditioning Engineer Service & Maintenance Salary: £44,000 £47,000 (Door-to-Door Travel Paid)

We are currently recruiting an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join a well-established and growing service team. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer looking for strong earning potential, excellent work-life balance, and long-term stability.
The Role You will be responsible for the service, maintenance and repair of air conditioning systems , carrying out both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works across commercial sites.
Key Responsibilities Service and maintenance of AC systems (splits, VRV/VRF, etc.)

PPM and reactive breakdowns

Fault finding and repairs

Completing job reports accurately and on time

Providing a professional service to clients

What Were Looking For Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer

F-Gas qualification (essential)

Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

Full UK driving licence

Professional and customer-focused approach

Whats On Offer £44,000 £47,000 basic salary
