JOB TITLE: Air Conditioning Engineer / HVAC Engineer
SALARY: £45 - £50k (dependent on experience), van/fuel card, overtime, healthcare
LOCATION: Herts, Beds, Bucks & North London
JOB INFORMATION
Air Conditioning Engineer / HVAC Engineer - Service & Maintenance
- You will work on a mobile basis, responsible for carrying out service and preventative planned maintenance on a wide range of air conditioning/HVAC appliances for commercial properties such as pubs/restaurants, retailers, hotels, etc.
- Carry out troubleshooting and reactive maintenance on systems such as VRVs, VRFs, Splits, AHUs, FCUs.
- This role is primarily HVAC, but our client is willing to develop the successful candidate into refrigeration if desired. Currently subcontracted.
- Covering in and around the northern home counties and parts of London.
- Ongoing and plentiful overtime available.

- Recently won a new 5-year contract for service and remedials on appliances including air conditioning systems like AHUs, VRVs, VRFs, splits, etc.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Good customer service skills, well-presented, articulate, able to build trust with clients.
- Recognized air conditioning qualifications, including F-Gas, City & Guilds NVQ.
- Experience working on air conditioning service and maintenance contracts.
- Strong troubleshooting skills on a wide range of appliances; development opportunities available for new areas.
- Motivated and trustworthy.
