Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer required upto £55k plus, travel and excellent benefits to cover London / South M25 areas.\nOur client is a growing, medium sized Air Conditioning specialist and due to ongoing growth and contract awards are looking to recruit an experienced Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to cover contracts in the London and South M25 area areas.\nRequirements\n * Minimum 5 years experience in Air Conditioning Servicing / Maintenance.\n * Experience in Air Conditioning unit repairs (i.e. leak detection/repair, compressor/component replacement, re-gassing etc.)\n * Experience covering a range of HVAC systems in commercial environments.\n * Experience of splits, multis, VRF/VRVs.\n * Experience of manufacturers such as Mitsibishi, Daikin etc\n * Hold F-Gas 2079 Cat 1 and NVQ level 2 with additional Electrical qualifications beneficial.\nResponsibilities\n * Reactive call outs - troubleshoot issues with air conditioning units and perform necessary repairs.\n * Conduct regular service inspections to ensure optimal performance of equipment.\n * Install, maintain, and repair various air conditioning systems.\n * Maintain accurate records of service performed and equipment status (FGAS etc).\n * Collaborate with team members to build efficient solutions for client needs.\n * Provide guidance and training to junior engineers or apprentices as needed\n * Interpret schematics and technical drawings to facilitate installation and repairs.\n * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in all tasks.\n * Weekend call out rota.\nOur client has a range of sites and contracts and typically include Commercial office blocks, Hotels, leisure centres and High end - exclusive residential apartments.\nThe successful applicant will be provided with a company van, fuel card, specialist tools, power tools, uniform, a laptop and a mobile phone.\nBenefits/ Salary Package\nIn return for your experience as the Air Conditioning Engineer the company offers a competitive package which includes:\n * Competitive salary up to £55k (dep on exp).\n * Paid Travel time\n * Good overtime rates including time & half and double time.\n * Standby and on call allowances.\n * 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays\n * Pension (3% employee 5% company)\n * Ongoing training and development\nThis is a great opportunity for a technically minded Air Conditioning Engineer who wants a fresh but rewarding challenge.\nFor more information please get in touch with Steve West
