Key Responsibilities Lead, supervise, and support a team of Air Conditioning Engineers on-site and in the field Carry out installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning and HVAC systems Ensure all work meets industry standards, health & safety regulations, and company expectations Plan workloads, allocate tasks, and manage project timelines efficiently Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers Maintain strong client relationships across commercial and industrial sectors Diagnose faults and deliver effective, long-term solutions What Were Looking For Proven experience as an
Air Conditioning Engineer
