We’re on a mission to harness the power of AI to transform how the AA delivers value, and we’re looking for an AI Strategy & Value Manager to lead the charge. In this newly created role, you’ll sit at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and commercial impact, identifying high value AI opportunities, shaping enterprise roadmaps, and ensuring every initiative delivers measurable outcomes. You’ll work closely with product, finance, and technical teams to turn emerging AI capabilities into real world solutions that enhance member experiences and drive business performance.

This is more than a strategy role. It’s a chance to influence the future of AI at the AA from the ground up. You’ll lead horizon scanning efforts, build compelling business cases, and design frameworks to track value from concept to implementation. What will I be doing?

• Identify high value AI opportunities and shape our AI roadmap in partnership with product and business leaders.
• Lead horizon scanning initiatives to uncover emerging AI trends and technologies that could transform our business.
• Build robust business cases and investment frameworks to guide strategic AI decisions.
• Design and implement a value realisation framework to track impact from idea to execution.
• Communicate complex AI concepts and strategies clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Evaluate and recommend emerging vendors, tools, and platforms.

What do I need?

• Proven experience within strategy consulting, corporate venture, or product strategy roles - ideally with exposure to AI or data-driven initiatives.
• Strong business problem solving skills and financial modelling expertise.
• A solid understanding of AI technologies and their business applications.
• Confidence in engaging with both technical teams and senior business leaders.
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and visual.
