AI Architect Consultant | 6 month | Remote | Outside IR35

We are seeking a highly experienced AI Architect Consultant to lead the strategic development and implementation of AI initiatives across a complex engineering-focused organization. This is a hands-on, leadership role requiring a confident expert who can assess current capabilities, shape a practical AI roadmap, and drive meaningful change across business and R&D functions.

Conduct a comprehensive assessment of current AI and data capabilities across technical and business units. Design and lead the development of a forward-looking AI strategy aligned with business objectives and operational constraints. Serve as an AI leader, engaging with stakeholders across engineering, finance, and R&D to influence and guide adoption. Bridge communication between technical teams and leadership to ensure alignment, transparency, and execution of the AI strategy.

Requirements:
