The Role You will advise a broad client base including farmers, landowners, estates, developers, and rural businesses on a wide range of agricultural and land-related matters, including: Sales, purchases, and leasing of agricultural land and rural property Farm business tenancies, grazing licences, and contract farming arrangements Agricultural estate management and strategic land advice Easements, rights of way, overage, and development-related agreements Acting on renewable energy and diversification projects Supporting junior lawyers and contributing to the development of the team Playing a key role in business development and client relationship management
