The Role
\nYou will advise a broad client base including farmers, landowners, estates, developers, and rural businesses on a wide range of agricultural and land-related matters, including:

• Sales, purchases, and leasing of agricultural land and rural property
\n\t
• Farm business tenancies, grazing licences, and contract farming arrangements
\n\t
• Agricultural estate management and strategic land advice
\n\t
• Easements, rights of way, overage, and development-related agreements
\n\t
• Acting on renewable energy and diversification projects
\n\t
• Supporting junior lawyers and contributing to the development of the team
\n\t
• Playing a key role in business development and client relationship management
\n
