What You’ll Be Doing

Advising and acting on transactions involving farmland, agricultural estates, and rural properties Preparing and reviewing a variety of documents, including access agreements, overage clauses, and land transfers Offering strategic advice on non-contentious issues relating to agricultural tenancies Liaising with colleagues across property, private client, and commercial departments to deliver seamless service Engaging in client relationship development and participating in relevant networking events
