Agency Chef

We are looking for chefs to join our agency working in in 5* Hotels, restaurants, gastro pubs and private members clubs. We can provide ongoing work in these areas and have roles starting immediately. The roles are primarily based in the central London area.

The role of the agency chef will require being in charge of a section, maintaining mise en place in terms of quantity and quality and ensuring a smooth service. We are keen to speak to chefs who have experience working in an a la carte kitchen on a busy section such as grill, fish, larder or pastry in a luxury restaurant or 5* Hotel. There are also opportunities for breakfast chefs and events.

As an Agency Chef you will have your own uniform and knives, have a good level of English and a drive to work in some of Londons finest 5* Hotels. You will also require Level 2 Food Safety/Hygiene and Food Allergens certificates

The pay rates are £15 to £17 per hour plus holiday pay and tronc where applicable.
