Aftersales Managers duties include: Lead, manage and motivate a team of automotive professionals, ensuring the dealership is adequately resourced Drive a high performance culture, ensuring performance is rewarded and underperformance is managed Oversee the service department, managing resource levels and productivity Accurately produce dealership reporting, in line with group reporting frameworks Support the dealership to consistently achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
