Are you a passionate and dynamic Social Worker looking for an exciting new opportunity to make a real difference?
As an Advanced Social Work Practitioner in the Mansfield Community Social Work Team, you'll be at the forefront of transforming social care, playing a pivotal role in developing our all-age working practices. You'll be integral to supporting our Team Managers, implementing innovative changes, and embedding new ways of working.

- Manage a small, complex caseload with a mix of priorities
- Champion the safeguarding of vulnerable individuals
- Foster integrated working with partners and promote independence through reablement and enablement approaches
- A qualified social worker registered with Social Work England
- Experience as an Approved Mental Health Practitioner (AMHP), Best Interests Assessor (BIA), or Practice Educator (Level 2)
- Knowledge and experience in safeguarding adults within multiagency procedures
- Strong supervisory, training, and development skills
- A full driver's license and access to a car for work
