Responsibilities of this role: Provide regular, reflective supervision to Social Workers and Case Assessors Participate in the duty manager rota, supporting staff with timely and confident decision-making Oversee and manage the team’s shared inbox, ensuring efficient workflow Authorise assessments, reviews, and other key documentation Act as a safeguarding lead, offering guidance, delegating enquiries and ensuring best practice is upheld Requirements of this role: Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.
