Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Administrator to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing site payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance while providing exceptional support to our employees. This position requires proficiency in various payroll and accounting software - ideally SAGE or SAP
Duties
•Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
•Perform data entry tasks related to payroll, overtime, setting up new starters, terminations, and changes in employee status.
•Liaise with HR to resolve any payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies.
•Providing administrative support to a busy engineering team
•Responsible for ordering stock for site, managing inventory/stock control
•Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
•Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise professionally with staff at all levels.
Hours & Pay
This is a site based role (not hybrid)
Mon - Fri 7am-3pm or 8am-4pm (37.5 hr week)
Temp to perm position, initially temp via agency hourly rate £13.50 - £15.00 doe, weekly pay + holiday pay accrued on weekly hours.
