Role Overview
Our client is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Administrator to support their team with maintaining accurate records and managing operational data. This role is ideal for someone who is confident using Microsoft Excel, has experience with data entry, and enjoys working with numbers and information in an organised way.
You will play an important role in ensuring company data is kept accurate and up to date, helping teams across the business operate efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Data Entry: Accurately input and update information into internal systems and spreadsheets.
* Excel Management: Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets, ensuring data is organised and easy to access.
* Data Checking: Review and verify information to ensure accuracy and consistency.
* Reporting Support: Assist in preparing simple reports and summaries using Excel.
* Record Maintenance: Keep databases and records updated with the latest operational information.
* Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the wider team as required.
* Data Organisation: Help organise and structure data so it can be easily used by different departments.
Skills & Experience Required
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
* Previous experience in data entry, administration, or similar office-based roles.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with data.
* Good organisational and time management skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong communication skills.
