About the Opportunity:
This is a 6-month parental leave cover supporting a high-performing Institutional Capital team (4 MDs and 1 VP). The role is based in the firm’s London office Monday to Thursday (Fridays remote) and offers a front-row seat to the inner workings of a powerhouse in alternative investments.

Key Responsibilities:
Complex calendar and travel management (domestic & international)
Meeting coordination, materials preparation, and AV/catering logistics
Expense reporting and conference registration
Acting as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders
Office and document organization, ad hoc project support
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior administrative role, ideally within investment or financial services
Strong tenure and stability in previous roles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Concur, and excellent communication skills
Highly organized, discreet, and professional with a proactive mindset
Contract Details:
Start Date: ASAP - July 2025
Duration: ~6 months (via ISE Payroll)
Potential: Strong likelihood of permanent opportunities due to ongoing growth - but you must be comfortable starting on a temporary basis
